I was invited to this Hung Gar demo at the 160th anniversary at the Wong Fei Hong (Huang Fei Hong) museum in Fat San (Fo Shan) near Nan Hai Guangzhou in China, displaying Hung Family traditional Southern Gung Fu. Hung Gar training form-工字伏虎拳Gung Ji Fuk Fu. It is the fundamental training form for our Hung Gar style- the bed rock of Hung Gar Gung Fu training exercises.
